Gender Diversity Foundations

This course will support participants to:

• build their understanding of gender diversity
• learn more about transgender and gender diverse people’s experiences
• understand how to apply respectful, inclusive language and practice
• better support transgender and gender diverse people in everyday settings.

• 3-hour interactive course
• Delivered in-house at your workplace. Capacity: Up to 25 participants
• Individual and group organisation bookings available.
• Face-to-face delivery encourages discussion, reflection and shared learning, with practical tools for inclusive language and workplace practice.

The workshop is facilitated by LGBTIQA+ peers with relevant experience and expertise, bringing lived experience and practical insight to the conversation.

Organisation bookings

• Organisation bookings include one follow-up consulting session to help turn the learning into practical organisational change.

This provides an opportunity to reflect on the course, identify priorities and consider how inclusive practice can be strengthened across your workplace.

Please note: Travel for face-to-face consulting is included within 60km: beyond may incur a cost to the organisation.
