What will we cover?
This course explores LGBTIQA+ identities, communities and experiences, and the business, ethical and legal considerations for inclusion. It looks at discrimination, intersectionality and organisational risk, as well as practical ways leaders can use their influence, language and visibility to champion inclusion.
Participants will also explore how to embed LGBTIQA+ inclusion across organisational culture, policies and governance, and how leaders can build accountability and measure progress.

Practical and leadership-focused
The course is interactive and provides an opportunity to explore leadership scenarios, ask questions and consider how inclusion can be put into practice at an organisational level.
You don’t need to have all the answers. The focus is on building the confidence and practical skills to lead, champion and be accountable for inclusive outcomes.
The course is facilitated by LGBTIQA+ peers with relevant experience and expertise, bringing lived experience and practical insight to the conversation.

Pricing structure
For organisations:
Commercial Business/Large non-profit
An annual revenue in excess of $10 million (for example, hotels, banks, universities).
Government:
Public sector, ministerial departments, local councils etc.
Medium non-profit:
Annual revenue between $1 and $9 million.
Small business or small non-profit:
Not-for-profit/community organisations or sole traders/small businesses with Annual Revenue of less than $1 million.
