Equity in Action: LGBTIQA+ Inclusion for Health Professionals
In this workshop, participants will explore:
- LGBTIQA+ health disparities
- Inclusive clinical practice
- Taking inclusive histories
- Creating safe clinical environments
- Barriers to care.
This workshop will support participants with:
- Improve patient experiences
- Increase confidence
- Provide safer and more affirming care
- create more equitable health outcomes.

Course Details
Eligibility
This interactive workshop is suitable for nurses, GPs, midwives, primary care providers and allied health professionals.
If you don’t work in a healthcare setting we encourage you to view our other LGBTIQ Inclusion Training.

Course Cost
Cost for organisations: $1500 + GST
Online options are available for participants outside of metropolitan Adelaide and workplaces with multiple locations.
Please note: Travel for face-to-face consulting is included within 60km: beyond may incur a cost to the organisation.
Cost for individuals: $150 + GST (follow up consulting is not included)
