Our Menstrual Kit has been designed to include everything you need to teach young people about periods and the menstrual cycle!

Menstruation education can provide invaluable life skills in period management while also helping to increase understanding of anatomy, build empathy, reduce stigma and give young people an understanding of when to seek help with their periods or menstrual cycles. This Menstrual Kit has been developed to support this education in a wide range of school and community settings.

The Menstrual Kit contains a range of products, information, and activities to facilitate engaging and interactive menstruation education.

This Kit includes:

• Menstrual Kit: Guide for educators (38 page, A4 booklet)
• Menstrual Kit PowerPoint
• Period products including: disposable pads; liners; reusable pad; tampons; period underwear; menstrual cup
• SHINE SA resources including Fact Sheets and booklets.
