Shipping and Processing Information

There is a processing time for all orders, our Resource Centre is staffed part-time. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and a further 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. You should receive tracking information from Australia Post, if you have any questions, please email resources@shinesa.org.au

Alternatively, your order can be collected from SHINE SA Woodville. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed.

Please note: If you have selected to collect from SHINE SA Woodville, we cannot hold your order for longer than two weeks once it has been packed. After this time your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please collect your item from the SHINE SA Library and Resource Centre. The SHINE SA Library and Resource Centre is open from Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am until 2:15 pm.

Your order can also be sent through the Department for Education (DfE) courier, this option is only available for those with a DfE email address and shipping address.

Shipping Fees

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location.

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you wish.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.

When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

How can I return an item purchased at SHINE SA’s Online Shop?

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Please email finance@shinesa.org.au to request a refund.
  • Mail your returned item to: SHINE SA Finance Department, PO Box 76 Woodville SA 5011
  • Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original

Please note: This applies to items purchased via SHINE SA’s Online Shop only.

 

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned i.e. if they are opened.

 

Handling fee

All items are subject to a 10% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
