• How to use an internal and external condom.
• How each type of contraception works, efficacy, benefits, side effects and disadvantages.
• Information on: Emergency Contraceptive Pill, Contraceptive Implant, Injectable Contraception, The Pill, Progestogen-only Pill, Missed Pills, Intra-Uterine Devices, Diaphragm, Permanent Contraceptive Methods and Fertility Awareness Methods.

This resource is suitable for health workers and teachers/educators.
