How to return an item purchased at SHINE SA’s Online Shop

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Please email finance@shinesa.org.au to request a refund.
  • Mail your returned item to: SHINE SA Finance Department, PO Box 76 Woodville SA 5011
  • Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Handling fee

All items are subject to a 10% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
