As a health organisation that supports choice, respect and equity, reconciliation is not separate from our core work — it is fundamental to it. This RAP gives us the opportunity to reflect on where we are, acknowledge where we’ve come from, and take action to ensure our services are culturally safe, inclusive and community-informed.
We know that this Reflect RAP is only the beginning. It is the first step toward sustained, accountable action. We are committed to deepening our understanding, building trust, and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
We invite you to read our Reflect RAP, walk alongside us, and hold us accountable as we continue this work.
