Get tested during our training clinics!

These appointments are part of SHINE SA’s training clinic, where qualified registered nurses, midwives, and Aboriginal Health Practitioners complete advanced cervical screening training. During your visit, you’ll be seen by a health professional in training, with a SHINE SA nurse always present to supervise and support your care.

  • You’ll get high-quality care, and you’ll also be helping to grow a stronger local health workforce.
  • Please note: You won’t have the option of self-collection in these clinics.
  • You’ll receive a $50 digital gift voucher for your time.
  • You can collect your own sample using a simple swab (if you’re eligible).
  • Safe and just as effective as a test done by a clinician.
  • Talk to a sexual health nurse from home.
  • Great for asking questions or arranging a self-collection kit.
  • Easy if you live far away, prefer not to come into the clinic or face other barriers to cervical screening.
