Each group/service runs differently and is open to people of different ages, sexualities and gender identities. Some are simply a fun social group, while others may also include the occasional health related workshop.
It is normal to feel a little nervous if going to a group for the first time. Most people running groups will be really happy to meet with you before the group starts to welcome you, and let you know how the group operates and answer any questions. Get in touch with each service using the details provided for further information.
