Rosh Bugarin

Rosh brings extensive senior experience across finance, data analytics, project management, innovation, and business partnering. She is an FCPA (CPA Australia fellow) and holds postgraduate qualifications in innovation (MiT), data analytics (Melbourne Tech), and business administration (QUT). She serves on not-for-profit Boards and on the CPA Australia Committee for Women.

After starting her career with EY, Rosh has led teams in a range of corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations across transport, property, banking, healthcare, defence, education, and social service sectors in Australia and overseas.

Rosh joined SHINE SA because of her passion and commitment to the communities we serve. She showed genuine values alignment with our vision and purpose, particularly our work advocating for equity, inclusion, and access. She believes in the importance of individual action and driving systemic and policy changes in addressing society’s challenges.
