Katina D’Onise AM

Katina brings to the SHINE SA Board a diverse range of skills spanning public health, primary health care, governance and executive experience in government and Aboriginal Community Control. Katina is currently working in her own consulting business in addition to the role of General Manager Public Health at the Aboriginal Health Council of SA.

Katina has a passion for human rights and has worked towards improving equity taking a systems lens. This has included a focus on abortion reform, anti-racism and working in Aboriginal health.

Katina is qualified as a specialist public health physician and general practitioner as well as having a PhD in epidemiology, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
