James Meldrum

James joined the SHINE SA board in 2022 and has worked as an executive in disability, health, and employment services in large private organisations, start-ups, NFPs, and community services. James currently leads the growth of Early Start Australia, a national network of paediatric therapy providers specialised in working with children with developmental delay or disability, including autism spectrum disorder. He is passionate about creating meaningful interventions and services for people in need, focusing on high-quality services and parity of access for all individuals.
