About You
Are you passionate about sexual health and looking for a flexible role where you can make a real impact? We’re seeking a Sexual Health Nurse to join our team on a casual/relief basis but with likely opportunities for permanent employment in future.
As a Sexual Health Nurse, you’ll provide confidential, non-judgmental care, including:
- Sexual health screenings and STI management
- Health education and harm reduction advice
- Contraceptive and reproductive health support
- LGBTQIA+ inclusive care
We’re looking for someone who is:
- AHPRA-registered nurse and/or midwife with relevant experience and a SHINE SA Certificate in Sexual Health for Registered Nurses and Midwives or equivalent
- Strong communication and patient-centred approach
- Passionate about sexual health and education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
