SHINE SA provides a range of opportunities for workers who work with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients and/or communities to increase their knowledge and skills in the area of sexual and reproductive health and relationships.

Course Outline

SHINE SA also offers a range of one-off, 1-3 hour forums covering single topics that relate to sexual and reproductive health and relationships.

Examples include: Sex, Health and the Law; Working Respectfully with CALD GLBTI Clients; FGM; HepB; and more!

This course, developed for professionals, defines and explains all the options available to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. It is open to nurses, doctors, counsellors, community health workers, school counsellors, youth workers, Aboriginal Health Workers, and any professional who encounters clients with unplanned pregnancy.
